Partner with engineering on integration and POR definition.
Perform recipe development, automated equipment programming, and validation.
Wafer-level probing and testing with DC/RF probes and VNAs.
RF testing on packages up to mmWave; use test sockets, handlers, and ATE.
Develop test programs and scripts (Python/LabVIEW) for data collection and yield analysis.
Analyze test data for outliers and SPC metrics; generate reports.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years in manufacturing or a bachelor's in engineering/math/science.
6+ years wafer probing or RF package testing.
Digital/analog/RF theory knowledge.
RF test equipment proficiency (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes).
ITAR eligibility to work per US export regs.
