🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years hands-on experience with mechanical/structural/fluid/electrical systems
- 2+ years electronic testing and inspection using portable measuring devices
- Associate degree, especially in a technical field
- Experience in R&D or fast-paced technical environment
- Ability to solve complex problems with minimal supervision on tight schedules
