Test Specialist, Components (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform tests independently and with engineers per procedures
• First-level troubleshooting of test system errors from logs and data
• Collaborate with engineers to develop the test procedures
• Develop safety barriers and control systems for high-voltage testing
• Fabricate/test fixtures and high-voltage assemblies (DAQ, wiring, HV systems)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/math/technical field or 2+ years hands-on experience
• 1+ years electronic testing with portable measuring devices
• 5+ years reading electrical schematics to rework boards or test
• Ability to read electromechanical schematics
• Knowledge of Ohm's Law, power supplies, digital logic, ADC/DAC, op amps, semiconductors
• Experience developing, debugging, and deploying Python-based software (preferred)
