Test Specialist (Components)

📋 Description

• Build, operate, and maintain test stands and fixtures for valves, regulators, actuators.
• Support production of Falcon, Dragon, and Starship components in extreme environments.
• Run tests per procedures and summarize results for engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and document test procedures.
• Lead anomaly investigations and drive process improvements.
• Provide testing support for production when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in physics, math, or engineering (preferred).
• Read electro-mechanical schematics, P&ID, and drawings.
• Install/operate instrumentation (strain gauges, transducers, RTDs, accelerometers).
• Knowledge of high-pressure gas and high-voltage systems.
