Test Specialist, Avionics (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Support Starshield satellite production; design tooling and processes.
• Run Python-based test software improvements to reduce false failures.
• Design first-article flight hardware and GSE; assist subsystem testing.
• Develop and document test procedures for dev/flight hardware.
• Perform vehicle-level qualification tests (TVAC, EMI) with engineers.
• Troubleshoot issues; provide feedback to improve test coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalency certificate.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 2+ years hands-on technical experience or bachelor’s in engineering.
• 1+ years electronic testing and inspection with portable measuring devices.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
