- Collaborate with design, manufacturing and engine test teams on flight hardware validation.
- Develop Lean test/inspection processes to meet objective criteria and reliability goals.
- Monitor product/process performance through production, test and delivery using quality tools including FMECA.
- Investigate failures; identify root causes to reduce risk and improve reliability.
- Contain non-conforming product; guide QA/techs on quarantine and rework activities.
- Support Lean continuous improvement with standard rework guides and reduced inspection.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
- 1+ years in manufacturing, quality, and/or design engineering
- Experience applying Lean, MSA, DOE, SPC, RCA, APQP, PFMEA, control plans
- Experience with SQL-based data analysis to support hardware containment
- ITAR/export regulation eligibility
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and offsite as needed
