Test Manager/Test Planning Lead Analyst - Pune

📋 Description

• Drive day-to-day testing across asset services and transaction mgmt for T+1 delivery.
• Manage day-to-day test execution across functional, regression, UAT, and ops cycles.
• Maintain test plans, schedules, criteria, traceability, and reporting.
• Coordinate testers, SMEs, and stakeholders for test data, environments, and readiness.
• Create and execute test cases, data, including defect logging and retesting.
• Oversee defect triage, prioritisation and timely resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in testing, QA coordination in securities services or capital markets.
• Hands-on management across multiple business teams and defect resolution.
• Bonus points: T+1 readiness, test mgmt tooling, governance exposure.
• Understanding of asset servicing, transaction management, settlements, or custody workflows.
• Strong organisation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation.
