Develop and implement test strategies for Accounting and Reporting.
Lead testing team; ensure on-time and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to align testing requirements.
Oversee creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Test all modules: Reporting, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, IFRS17, Insurance, Payroll, Procurement, Consolidation.
Manage integration testing with Azure Databricks Data Repository.

🎯 Requirements

Agile teams facilitation experience in data-driven environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
Proven Technology - Test Lead experience in finance or insurance.
Strong Oracle Fusion knowledge and modules.
Experience with test automation: Selenium, Java, Python.
Familiarity with Azure Databricks and data integration processes.
