- Own and deliver end-to-end testing strategies for digital asset initiatives.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and integration testing across workstreams.
- Design test scenarios and cases for functional, technical, and regulatory needs.
- Manage defect lifecycle: prioritisation, triage, tracking, and resolution.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, meeting business, technical, and regulatory standards.
- Provide testing governance and status reporting to stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software testing in financial services or regulated environments.
- Strong track record leading SIT and UAT for complex multi-system deployments.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, QA governance, and defect management.
- Ability to produce clear test docs, reports, and executive updates.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with digital assets, DLT/blockchain platforms, custody, trading systems, or digital wallets is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management across business and tech teams.
- Mandarin / Cantonese preferred but not required.
