📋 Description

• Own and deliver end-to-end testing strategies and plans for digital asset initiatives.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression, performance and integration testing across multiple workstreams.
• Design test scenarios and cases to cover functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage defect lifecycle: prioritisation, triage, tracking, and resolution with tech teams.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready, meeting business expectations and regulatory obligations.
• Provide testing governance and status reporting, highlighting risks, dependencies, and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years experience in software testing within financial services or other regulated environments.
• Proven leadership in managing junior testers and providing timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Strong track record leading SIT and UAT phases for complex, multi-system implementations.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA governance, and defect management practices.
• Ability to produce clear, structured test documentation, reports, and executive-level updates.
• Mandarin / Cantonese is preferred.
