Design, develop, and document overall program T&E strategies.
Develop and update core T&E frameworks (Analysis Structure, Data Source Matrix, Evaluation Framework).
Create T&E documentation: Test Plans, scenarios, and scripts.
Author strategic briefings: Test Concept Brief and Operational Test Readiness Review.
Define and refine COIs, MOEs, and MOPs to ensure thorough evaluation.
Lead and participate in teleconferences, meetings, and working groups.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s degree, or BA/BS with 6+ yrs, or 10 yrs exp.
IAT Level II cert (e.g., Security+; DoW 8140.01).
Top Secret/SCI clearance; ability to pass polygraph.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, analytical skills.
Strong technical writing and requirements analysis.
KMI, cryptographic devices, COMSEC; ISR/military intelligence; MS Office and databases.
