Assess software for supportability, operability, compatibility, and security.
Review ARW for certification and add to AF EPL SharePoint.
Provide feedback and assist customers during software certification via AF EPL SharePoint.
Review installation docs and prepare test env for AF DoD hosting.
Install software and conduct tests; identify vulnerabilities and mitigations.
Prepare Certification Memo and submit results to HQ CCC; monitor status.

🎯 Requirements

Must be local to Scott AFB.
3+ years in client support, help desk, sys admin, or software test.
Active Secret security clearance.
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Security+).
