🎯 Requirements

8-15 years in SDLC with 3-5 years in management.
People management and mentoring engineering teams.
Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright; Java or Python.
CI/CD experience (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure); Docker; scripting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
