Own day-to-day People Operations in a fully remote, distributed company
Manage core HR operations, compliance, systems, benefits, onboarding/offboarding
Coordinate vendor management and recruiting support
Partner with leaders, Finance, and external vendors for a seamless employee experience
Support LATAM region with scalable people infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

4-7+ years in People Ops or similar
Deep knowledge of U.S. employment compliance and multi-state HR
Experience supporting fully remote, distributed teams
Strong operational rigor and handling sensitive information
Comfort wearing multi-hat in a fast-moving startup
Experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, and IT tools (Gusto/Deel/Lever)
Excellent written and verbal communication
