  • 2+ years in channel sales
  • CCaaS/CX space experience preferred
  • Proven ability to train and grow strategic partners
  • Track record driving partner business and marketing strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication; builds relationships
  • Analytical, data-driven; able to measure and govern
