  • Develop and execute holistic partner strategy for India market to hit sales goals.
  • Work with partners to expand into new strategic areas (Service Lines and Industry Verticals).
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (Partner/Managing Manager).
  • Organise and execute events for our partner community.
  • Pitch Celonis partnership value up to C-Level executives.
  • Support partners in go-to-market activities: planning, pipeline, QBR, marketing, sales.
  • Ensure alignment of stakeholders on joint accounts.
  • Drive partner technical and sales enablement, coordinating resources.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-13 years in partner management, sales or business development with Big 4/global/regional SIs.
  • Ability to excite others and build executive-level relationships.
  • Develop holistic strategy and day-to-day tasks to grow partnerships.
  • Strong sales mindset; team-oriented and entrepreneurial.
  • Studies in Business Admin/Economics/Information Systems preferred.
  • Strong network within Consulting (Big 4) and System Integrator companies.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
