Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets
Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

Must be based in Southern Washington
Must be fluent in English
1-4 years proven sales experience; owning KPIs a plus
Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
Travel locally with reliable transport and valid license; 4-5 days/week
Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
