- Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets
- Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
- Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
- Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
- Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
- Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events
- Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing/product strategies
- Work with marketing, product, client success and legal to deliver GTM goals
π― Requirements
- Based in Cincinnati, OH
- Fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience; KPIs a plus
- Experience selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Able to travel locally; valid driver's license; 4-5 days/week
- Able to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Strong project management; ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
