  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
  • Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
  • Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
  • Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
  • Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Must be based in Katy, TX
  • Must be fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations a plus
  • Travel locally with reliable transport and valid license; 4-5 days/wk
  • Able to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
  • Strong PM skills; can manage details in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus
