Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration

Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels
Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

Based in McAllen, TX
Fluent in English
1-4 years proven sales experience; KPI ownership a plus
Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
Able to travel locally 4-5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance
Able to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel
Strong project management and relationship-building skills; detail oriented
