  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets
  • Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
  • Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
  • Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
  • Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
  • Lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
  • Share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to hit GTM goals

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Must be based in Amarillo, TX
  • Must be fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience; KPIs a plus
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations a plus
  • Able to travel locally with reliable transport and valid driver's license
  • Able to energize, advise and persuade senior corporate personnel
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative relationship-building and listening
  • Strong project management and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom a plus
