Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week
Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

Based in Abilene, TX
Fluent in English
1-4 years proven sales experience; KPI ownership a plus
Experience selling to healthcare organizations a plus
Travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid license (~1 hour drive) 4-5 days/week
Energize and persuade senior corporate personnel
