Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets.
Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers.
Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing and networking events.

🎯 Requirements

Must be based in Johnson City, TN.
Fluent in English.
1-4 years proven sales experience; owning KPIs a plus.
Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.
Travel locally 4-5 days/week; reliable transportation and DL within ~1 hour.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or Zoom a plus; strong interpersonal skills.
