  • Develop and execute a territory go-to-market strategy to grow SUD.
  • Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
  • Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days/week to educate partners on SUD programs.
  • Identify barriers to treatment and improve access with referral sources.
  • Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to grow SUD.
  • Partner with internal teams to tailor engagement for SUD providers.
  • Represent Charlie Health at community events and industry sessions.
  • Gather feedback to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
  • Work with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics to hit SUD growth goals.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Must be based in Dallas, TX area.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in Dallas, TX area.
  • 4+ years of proven sales or BD experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
  • Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and educate stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills; detail-oriented in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus.
