  • Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy to grow the SUD program
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners
  • Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days/week to educate partners on Charlie Health’s SUD programs
  • Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care
  • Gather and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics to achieve growth goals in the SUD

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be based in the Tampa, FL area
  • Willingness to travel extensively around the Tampa, FL area
  • 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
  • Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration
