  • Develop and execute a territory GTM strategy to grow our SUD program.
  • Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners across care levels.
  • Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days/week to educate partners about SUD programs.
  • Identify barriers to treatment and improve access to care for those in need.
  • Collect partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics to achieve growth goals in the SUD channel.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be based in Denver, CO
  • 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
  • Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
