Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels
Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

Must be based in Southern Oregon, OR
Must be fluent in English
1-4 years proven sales experience; owning KPIs is a plus
Experience working with healthcare organizations a plus
Travel locally with reliable transport & valid driver's license (4-5 days/wk)
Energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
