  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
  • Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
  • Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
  • Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
  • Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
  • Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person or via conference call

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be based in North Westchester County, NY
  • Must be fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience; KPI ownership is a plus
  • Experience with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
  • Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid license (4-5 days/wk)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative style
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus
