  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
  • Travel 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers; uncover needs and partners
  • Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
  • Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships
  • Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
  • Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to guide strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver GTM goals

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Must be based in Columbia / Greene Counties, NY
  • Must be fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience; owning KPIs is a plus
  • Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
  • Travel locally with reliable transport and a valid driver's license, 4-5 days/week
  • Ability to energize, advise and persuade senior corporate personnel
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a consultative style
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage details in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus
