  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
  • Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers and build partnerships
  • Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
  • Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
  • Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be based in the South Bend, IN area
  • Must be fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience; owning and overachieving KPIs a plus
  • Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
  • Travel locally with reliable transport and a valid driver's license (4-5 days/week)
  • Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
  • Strong project management with ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
