  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
  • Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers

🎯 Requirements

  • Based in Central Illinois (Springfield, Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign-Urbana), IL
  • Must be fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience; owning KPIs a plus
  • Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
  • Travel locally (4-5 days/week) with reliable transport and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel
