Territory Manager (ID, Idaho Falls / Pocatello)

📋 Description

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets
• Build and manage referral source relationships in priority markets
• Field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, providers
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
• Lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Idaho Falls / Pocatello, ID
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years sales experience; owning KPIs a plus
• Healthcare org experience a plus
• Local travel within ~1 hour; valid driver's license; 4-5 days/wk
• Able to energize and persuade senior corporate personnel
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
• Strong project management; detail-oriented in fast-paced env
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoom a plus
