  • Develop and implement GTM strategy for new markets
  • Build and manage relationships with referral sources
  • Travel 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, providers
  • Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
  • Deepen penetration with existing partnerships
  • Attend and lead educational meetings and marketing presentations
  • Share market feedback to inform marketing and product
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal on GTM goals

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Based in Wauchula / Sebring, FL area
  • Fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience with KPI focus a plus
  • Experience selling to healthcare orgs a plus
  • Local travel with reliable transportation and valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance), 4-5 days/week
  • Ability to energize, advise and persuade senior corporate personnel
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Zoom a plus
