  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
  • Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet with patients, parents, and providers
  • Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
  • Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
  • Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be based in Boulder, CO
  • Must be fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience; owning KPIs is a plus
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
  • Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (within ~1 hour) 4-5 days/week
  • Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative style
  • Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus
