Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

Based in Orange County, CA
Fluent in English
1-4 years proven sales experience; KPI ownership a plus
Experience with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
Travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
