- Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets
- Build and manage relationships with referral sources across markets
- Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers

- Attend and lead educational meetings, presentations, and networking events
- Synthesize market feedback from partners and patients to guide strategy
- Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal on GTM goals
๐ฏ Requirements
- Must be based in Alameda County
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience; KPI ownership a plus
- Experience selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Able to travel locally with a valid driver's license (approx. 1 hour) 4-5 days/week
- Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a consultative style
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom a plus
