  • Experience as a player/coach, leading by example and developing others.
  • Growth-stage experience; comfortable with ambiguity and initiative.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; dashboards; Excel/BI.
  • Structured, effective communication to partner with frontline teams.
  • Nice to have: experience in people-scaled ops, partnerships, or staffing.
