- Growth-stage experience; comfortable with ambiguity and initiative.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; dashboards; Excel/BI.
- Structured, effective communication to partner with frontline teams.
- Nice to have: experience in people-scaled ops, partnerships, or staffing.
