  • Manage and grow accounts in the assigned geography.
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities to hit sales targets.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular customer visits for satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with marketing, product and support teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences (biology, molecular biology).
  • Experience in Life Sciences sales/Account Management (NexGen/multiomics).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge in cancer research or aging is a plus.
  • West Coast resident with omics user base knowledge preferred.
