  • Proactively hunt, recruit and onboard new channel partners and build pipeline.
  • Drive revenue growth across product categories (switching, wireless, cloud) for enterprise projects.

  • Own annual account plans with growth targets, forecasting, and opportunity management.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Partner/Channel Account Manager role with a networking vendor.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing high-value IT networking deals.
  • Strong Nordics IT channel network – distributors, SIs, resellers, MSPs.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, autonomous in a challenger brand.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
