  • Proven AV industry sales experience; AV over IP knowledge.
  • Strong relationships with distributors, integrators, and resellers.
  • Autonomous, able to execute a local strategy within a global framework.
  • 5+ years managing top-tier accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of local AV channel dynamics and live events.
  • Salesforce CRM experience; French language skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Benelux.
