- 4+ years in homebuilding, residential construction, building products, or related field
- End-to-end sales experience (Customer Success and/or Sales Engineering a plus)
- Track record of quota-driven results
- A wide local network you're eager to tap into
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally (up to 25%)
- Ability to learn software quickly and absorb new workflows fast
