We’re looking for a Senior Mobile SDK Engineer to develop and maintain our iOS, Android, Unity SDKs and other plugins. Our ideal candidate is comfortable developing and releasing SDKs, writing documentation, and helping developers work through integration challenges.
We're a small engineering team looking to grow. We're a remote-only organization with most of the engineering team working from US timezones. We aim to help mobile app developers make data-driven decisions about their marketing in a secure, privacy-centric, user-friendly way. We encourage flexibility in working locations and hours but also make sure we all overlap at least briefly for a bit each day.
Our mobile SDKs are little pieces of our tech stack that we give to customers to implement in their mobile applications. They’re written in Objective-C/Swift (iOS), Java/Kotlin (Android), C Sharp (Unity), TypeScript (React Native and Ionic) and Dart (Flutter).
These mobile SDKs send data to our web services, which are written in Ruby or Go and run on AWS, processing over 1M data points per minute. We process data in a variety of languages and frameworks (including Ruby, Go, Python, and Java) and present it to customers in a Ruby on Rails web application with a ReactJS frontend.
Develop and maintain our iOS, Android, Unity, React Native, Flutter and Ionic SDKs
Build and maintain integrations between our SDKs and popular mobile advertising SDKs, such as AdMob, Applovin MAX, ironSource
Maintain scalable processes for testing and releasing new SDK builds
Publish documentation for our SDKs
Assist customers who are running into SDK integration issues or bugs
Keep our SDKs up-to-date with the latest Android and iOS changes
Experience with Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, C Sharp, TypeScript/JavaScript, Dart, or particularly deep experience with at least two of them
Experience building and consuming REST APIs and clients
Familiarity with Git and hosting platforms like GitHub
Excellent organization and communication skills
An appetite for learning, problem-solving, and contributing to a dynamic team environment
Experience with Ruby or Go
Experience with mobile marketing
Experience developing mobile applications
Annual budget for learning and personal development (conferences, books, classes, etc)
Budget for fitness and well-being activities (gym memberships, fitness equipment)
Unlimited vacation days and a vacation stipend to make sure you take time off (we recommend at least 20 days off per year)
Team off-sites and other get-togethers
Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
