Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in Payroll with extensive experience in Workday. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our payroll setup within Workday, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all payroll-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Head of HCM systems, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the payroll setup in Workday, including but not limited to:
    • Annual tax rate updates
    • On-demand changes
    • Payroll inputs
    • Year-end (YE) W2 corrections
    • Year-end (YE) W2 imports from ADP SmartConnect into Workday
    • Adjusting tax filings as necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes related to payroll configurations in Workday.
  • Conduct thorough testing of payroll configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expertise and support to resolve complex payroll issues and inquiries, serving as a subject matter expert for Workday Payroll.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes related to payroll and Workday functionality.
  • Participate in ongoing system optimization efforts to enhance payroll processes and improve overall system performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PHR, Workday certification) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HRIS/payroll administration, with a focus on configuring and maintaining payroll systems (Workday experience is required).
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting payroll setups in Workday, including tax rate updates, W2 corrections, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ADP SmartConnect).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex payroll issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience working in a global organization with multi-country payroll operations is strongly preferred.
