  • Manage post-sale client service from auction to payment and shipping.
  • Deliver post-auction SLAs in a timely, professional manner.
  • Facilitate post-sale transactions: invoicing, payments, seller returns.
  • Issue timely and accurate client communications.
  • Coordinate with Shipping Coordinator for quotes and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with Logistics to manage client shippers.
  • Ensure financial transactions comply with governance.
  • Partner with other teams to resolve client inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate shipping and collection for unsold property with Specialists.
  • Facilitate temporary releases of purchases for third-party services.
  • Manage releases for non-sale inventory.
  • Participate in project work as requested by Head of Department.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Excellent client service with active listening, empathy and patience
  • Calm demeanor under pressure
  • Strong numeracy; basic bookkeeping is an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and discretion
  • SAP experience desirable; multilingual skills a plus
