📋 Description

• Audit and reconcile federal, state and local payroll tax filings for five U.S. entities.
• Research variances, resolve tax notices, and file amendments with agencies.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of audits and research.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of U.S. payroll tax experience.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Self-starter; works with urgency.
• Advanced Excel skills including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
