📋 Description

• Audit and reconcile payroll tax filings for five U.S. entities.
• Research variances, resolve notices, and file amendments with agencies.
• Maintain organized documentation of audits and research.
• Remote role up to 40 hours/week for a 3-month assignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of U.S. payroll tax experience for large multi-state employer.
• Independent, self-starter with ability to work with urgency.
• Advanced Excel skills including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent education/experience.
