📋 Description

• Audit and reconcile payroll tax filings for five U.S. entities.
• Remote role; up to 40 hours/week.

• Audit filings across federal, state and local agencies.
• Research variances, resolve tax notices and file amendments.
• Maintain organized documentation of audits and research.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of U.S. payroll tax experience for a large multi-state employer.
• Ability to operate independently with little oversight.
• Self-starter; works with urgency.
• Advanced Excel skills including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
• Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; discretion.
