Process biweekly Canadian payroll for two legal entities, ensuring compliance.
Reconcile monthly benefits billing statements to internal payroll records; resolve discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of payroll accounting experience.
Able to hit the ground running in a new environment.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline (or similar ERP).
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance (US federal/state; Canadian a plus).
Meticulous with accuracy and ownership.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CPP a plus.
