- 3+ years payroll accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline
- Strong knowledge of US federal/state payroll compliance; Canadian payroll a plus
- Meticulous about accuracy; takes ownership of details
- Clear communicator with cross-functional responsiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CPP a plus
