🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of payroll accounting experience, including GL
- Comfortable starting quickly in a new environment
- Hands-on NetSuite and/or Blackline experience, or similar ERP
- Strong payroll compliance knowledge; US federal/state; Canadian a plus
- Meticulous about accuracy and ownership of details
- Clear communicator able to respond to cross-functional requests quickly
- Bachelor's degree preferred; CPA or CPP designation a plus
